1. In what case you can cancel your order and return goods?
In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.
2. When can you cancel your order and return the goods?
The time, when you can cancel your order, starts from the moment you place it until 14 days have passed from the day when your goods were delivered to you. Goods have to be unused, in their original packaging, and not assembled. If the product was assembled or is assembled, you can not return it.
3. What to do if you want to cancel your order?
If the buyer wants to return the order, needs to send an email to info@madambags.com, tell the reason for the cancelation (wrong size, color, not as described, etc.), and add proof of purchase. Our office will give all the information about returning process.
4. Who pays for an order returning?
For order returning pays customer.
5. When goods must be returned?
The goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of the confirmed cancellation. If you don't return the goods during this time, we reserve the right may not be required to refund any payment.
6. When the customer receives the refund?
The customer will get the refund within 14 days of either we getting the goods back.
Important: Products returned with damages or without hangtag label, used or incomplete will not be refunded.
